Guild Policies
Maturity
No drama. Period. We take our reputation seriously, and feel each member has a responsibility to help maintain it. We do not encourage public bragging or realm forum trolling.
Communication
We understand that sometimes things come up that take priority over a game. We don't expect you to quit your job, drop out of school, or leave your spouse, but we do ask to be notified of any issues that will affect your play-time. We are counting on you to be here, so be responsible and let us know ahead of time if something comes up.
Competence
We keep a small roster in order to allow maximum raid time for all our members. This means all our members have to be useful - know your class, know how to listen, strive to improve, keep yourself current with class and game changes. Be an asset.
Attendance
In order to keep our guild small, we need everyone to show up. Recruits are required to maintain 100% attendance while we try them out. Members must maintain 75% - that's being online at 8:00 for 3 out of 4 raids a week. You MUST be in control of your time.
Determination
We don't give up, and we don't take the easy road. That means be prepared to wipe a lot on new content. Research the fights and ask questions before we start. A lot of strat discussion takes place after the fight on our forums, be ready to participate.
Vent
Communication is important for a successful guild. Vent is required, and you must be able to speak on it. "I don't have a mic, but I'm listening" isn't good enough for us.
Loot System
We are currently running a free-roll / loot council system. Our small guild allows us to distribute loot quickly and easily. Most loot concerns are handled directly between those involved, and an Officer decision is rarely required. We like eachother (for the most part), and do what we can to gear ourselves and fellow guildies as quickly as possible.
